Brainclaw have been invited to sit on a panel at this year’s Algonquin Film Festival in Warrington, PA. The festival is one of the best-known independent film festivals on the East Coast and will be centered on music creation for film this year. David and Tara have been invited to discuss their experiences with the film industry, involving their own indie status and what it took to get Brainclaw music on big film releases like The Matrix Revolutions and Spiderman.
They will be appearing on Saturday, May 21, in the afternoon. Several film clips will be aired for the audience, with the matching Brainclaw music behind them. Other guest speakers include Music Editor Chris Kennedy (”Finding Neverland” & “De-Lovely”) and Oscar-winning composer Joe Renzetti (”The Buddy Holly Story”). See the Algonquin Film Festival Website for more information.
