David and Tara of Brainclaw were interviewed over the phone by Philadelphia Enquirer reporter Valerie Reed for their involvement in the upcoming Alqonquin Film Festival happening this weekend in Warrington, PA. The Algonquin Film Festival, taking a cue from DVD releases, will offer special features with its movies this week.
The festival, scheduled to run from Thursday through next Sunday in Warrington, will present screenings of about 30 independent films and workshops featuring insider looks at the making of movies, from casting to music editing.
Speakers include Bucks County residents Christopher Kennedy, music editor on Finding Neverland; Mark Rosenthal, screenwriter of Mona Lisa Smile; Joseph Renzetti, Academy Award winner for best adaptation score for The Buddy Holly Story; and songwriter David Giuffre, whose music is featured in the Matrix DVD box set.
