Here is a preview of the artwork for the new Brainclaw CD, coming out in April on BLC. Many thanks to graphic designer Pamela Methot for this beautiful and creepy artwork! Photography by Philadelphia’s own Kyle Cassidy is featured throughout the rest of the artwork.
Pamela was instrumental in making the Insekt/Angel CD look fantastic. She designed the machine/insekts that cover the artwork. That CD’s look was so well-received it was an easy decision to have Pamela do the artwork for the new Dead Monsters CD as well. She has produced another winner here, as far as everyone in the Brainclaw camp is concerned.
The cover features a distressed doll figure sans head, complete with Pamela’s trademark machinery in the chest, and incredibly detailed texturing and backgrounds. The rest of the artwork is equally beautiful and disturbing, with a few cool shots of the band, with wires, mechanical spiders with lightbulb bodies, and full lyrics to all of the new songs on the inside cover. We are so excited to release this CD, and feel that, along with all of the wonderful help that BLC is providing, we will really be able to reach fans all over the world with this new release.
