Dead Monsters review in Gothtronic Magazine

Gothtronic Banner

There is an excellent interview of the new Dead Monsters CD on the Netherlands-based electro-industrial web magazine Gothtronic. The reviewer clearly enjoyed the CD, and gave it a very good rating. To read the full review, click here. Many thanks to reviewer TekNoir and the whole crew at Gothtronic for this wonderful review.

The next few months should be busy ones, with copies of Dead Monsters going all over the world, to many different print and online magazines and websites. Be sure to check back often for new reviews; as they happen, we will post them. We are currently translating a review on a Polish webzine, Electro-n, one on an Israeli website called Alterna.tv, and one on a Japanese site called… um… GOO.

It’s great for us to see Brainclaw breaking out on an international level! Don’t forget to pick up your copy of the European publication Side-Line Magazine, as this issue contains an exclusive new Brainclaw interview, conducted by UK Brainclaw supporter, Carl Jenkinson, of Hardwired fame.

The brand-new Brainclaw Website is LIVE

Brainclaw Website image captureHere it is, Clawlings. After much blood, sweat and tears, the new model Brainclaw Website is live. Based on a robust blog format, users can do many things never before possible.

There is a cool new mp3 player that lets you stream samples of all of the Brainclaw songs from the “Dead Monsters” CD, as well as all of the remixes and covers that Brainclaw has mutated. Users can now leave comments on News Stories, and can also search the site for stories that contain specific keywords. There is a wonderful new image gallery feature at the bottom of the page, which will be updated constantly. News is now sorted by category, so you could search for all stories under the “publicity” tag, for instance. The top Navigation section slides down into view, and will be added to over the next few weeks until everything has been covered. Just like keeping a garden healthy, it was necessary to prune away some unneeded limbs and cumbersome weeds, so you may see some radical changes. Never fear! There will be new and improved content and sections added constantly. Feel free to explore!
Special thanks go out to David Martorana for programming and code assistance!

Thanks to all who attended the CD Release

Tuesday, May 23rd, 2006

David and BC live at Ulana'sWe wanted to say a huge “THANK-YOU!” to everyone who attended the Brainclaw “Dead Monsters” CD Release Party on Saturday!

It was a fabulous turn-out, and the live show went extremely well. The crowd was very enthusiastic, and most people were singing along, which warmed our hearts to no end. People really seem to be getting familiar with the lyrics, and are starting to interact with us on stage. The new Brainclaw Pins went over extremely well, as did the sales of the new Dead Monsters CD.

Huge thanks also to Jimi, Fred and of course, Soundman Mike; because of their tireless assitance, they made the night a magnificent one! The sound was awesome.

Best wishes to all of our friends and families!

We love you all!
David, Tara, James and Kim
